These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through cellfabgames.co.uk. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products
We sell trading cards, trading card games, sealed products, accessories, collectibles and related products. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. Images may be representative unless the listing says otherwise.
3. Availability
Products are subject to availability. Adding an item to a basket does not guarantee availability until an order is accepted. We may contact you and refund you if we cannot fulfil an accepted order for a legitimate reason.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change, but changes do not affect orders already accepted. We may correct genuine and obvious pricing errors.
5. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean acceptance. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including fraud concerns, stock errors, pricing errors or technical errors.
6. Payment
Payments are processed through Cardnet, a payment service provided by Lloyds Bank. We do not generally store complete payment card details. Orders must be paid in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
7. Delivery
Orders are sent to the delivery address supplied at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. We may use Royal Mail and other delivery providers. Contact us promptly if an order is damaged, missing or appears lost.
8. Pre-orders
Expected release dates are displayed where known and may change due to manufacturer or distributor delays. Where an order contains pre-order and immediately available products, we may hold the order until the pre-order item is available unless otherwise agreed.
9. TCG and Collectibles
Minor manufacturing variations can occur. Any condition description for individual cards or collectibles is our reasonable assessment. Unless expressly stated, products are not guaranteed to achieve any particular grading result from PSA, Beckett, CGC or another grading company.
10. Returns and Cancellation
Consumers buying online generally have statutory cancellation rights. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the process. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights.
11. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If you receive a faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed item, contact us. We will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law.
12. Website Use
· Do not use the Website unlawfully.
· Do not attempt unauthorised access or interfere with Website security.
· Do not introduce malicious software or code.
· Do not use automated systems in a way that damages or disrupts the Website.
13. Intellectual Property
Website text, logos, graphics, photographs and other content are owned by or licensed to Cellfab Limited unless stated otherwise and may not be commercially reproduced without permission.
14. Third-Party Websites
We may link to third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
15. Liability
Nothing limits or excludes liability where unlawful, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or statutory consumer rights. Subject to this, we are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or are outside our reasonable control.
16. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, strikes, supply-chain disruption, manufacturer delays, postal disruption or major technical failures.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
